Terms & Conditions

1. I have the right to decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable drawing it.
2. If your drawing needs to be a specific canvas size please inform me.
3. If you are commissioning something NSFW you must be 18+
Lying about your age will result in termination of your commission and instant blacklisting
4. I will NOT draw underaged, incest, or extreme fetishes (ex. coprophilia)Refund Policy and Use1. Refunds are allowed prior to start on the commission and before the commission is complete. I will provide a full refund if I have not started the art, or half a refund if the art is in the process of being done. After completion of the art I do not accept refunds.2. As the artist, I have the right to post all commissions on my social media or as a part of my gallery of work. I retain all rights to usage of the work in this way, or in use in publication or prints unless otherwise discussed. Please discuss with me if you wish for your work to remain private.3. The client has the rights for their respective characters, but will not retain the right to the artwork produced itself.4. With that respect, selling of my artwork without my consent and the creations of NFTs of my artwork are expressly forbidden. Additionally, you may not use my artwork for AI learning software.5. By paying for a commission you are agreeing to the policy stated above. You are liable to follow this policy. Failure to comply will result in a terminated commission with no refund, and potential legal action if the breach is severe enough.

Communication1. Contact me via Twitter (@velvetlilyart) or my e-mail ([email protected]) if you are interested in a commission.2. Once we have discussed and agreed on your commission and the price I will send you a paypal invoice. I will start work on your commission once payment is received.I am accepting payment plans now. They do not get priority and will not be completed until payment is completed. After paying half you get clean lines w/no color.3. I will send you WIPs as I go: one at the sketching phase, one at the clean lineart phase, and another at the coloring phase. I will make corrections up to 2 times for a piece after the coloring stage. Please be as specific as possible for what you'd like changed. Additional edits will require additional payments.4. Any excessively rude behavior or poor communication may result in the commission being cancelled with no refund.
